  • Knit is designed by housemates, for housemates. Unlike other apps where you pay and then chase up your housemates to pay you back, with Knit, everyone pays their share upfront and we pay the bill on your behalf.

  • Knit helps split those pesky shared bills with your housemates. Instead of chasing up money after one person pays the whole bill, knit allows each person to pay their share upfront - say goodbye to IOUs!

  • Currently, you can only split shared utility bills such as internet, gas, water and electricity bills. We find these bills to be the most annoying to split regularly. But watch this space for more updates 👀

  • There are no sign up or monthly fees to use Knit. We charge a small processing fee of 95c when collecting payments for bills and a 2% surcharge if you pay with credit or debit cards.

  • Your security is our priority. We use bank-level security and partner with a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant payments provider, ensuring your data and transactions are fully protected.
